This is a step to step guide on how business will be conducted and how ordering will be done. Once you read the rules throughly and understand them, you may proceed to the order form.
1. First make sure you have a clear idea on how you want your design. Also make sure you supply me all the (decent quality) images you want me to put on your design or else I will use my own.
2. Fill out the order form with great detail and double check it to make sure everything is correct. Please be specific with things. Think of questions like: What colors do I want? What size do I need? And so on. If you are not specific, I will make it the way I think is best.
3. Within a day or two, I will respond to you by email either accepting your project or declining it. If I do accept the project, I will give you a price quote.
4. If you agree to the price, 1/2 of the payment is due before I start working on the project. This is to show that you are serious about wanting a custom design and you are not wasting my time. I had people in the past where I work so hard on a project and then they decide to comission someone else or drop the project all together. This way, if you do decide to drop out of the project, at least you didn't have to pay full price for it and my effort wasn't a complete waste.
5. Once 1/2 of the payment is received, I will start working on your project.
6. When I'm done, I will send you screenshots of what the finish results look like and this is your chance to tell me what you want me to fix and change.
7. Once everything is fixed to your liking and you agree to the design, the other 1/2 of the payment is due.
8. After I receive the final payment, I will send you the design in a zip file.
9. Business is complete. You are the owner of your own custom design. Enjoy!
